2 month check up

Today was the girls 2 month check up. They both did SO good! They were such happy babies when we first got there. The doctor kept saying, "look how they smile at their mom." Of course that made me so proud because I can't tell you how many times a day I tell them I love them and kiss them! I think they say, "I wish my mommy would quit kissing me 15,000 times a day!" But I can't help it!

Hannah weighed 11lbs and 9ozs and she measured 22 1/2 inches long!
Gracie weighed 10lbs and 6ozs and she measured 22 1/2 inches long!

They both did so good until the shots- Yep it was the 2 month shots! And of course they both screamed bloody murder, but once I got them calmed down they did good. But tonight has been interesting! They have both been fussy and want to be held! So I have held one of them all night (until just now) I gave them some Tylonal and that seemed to have helped a lot! They are both sleeping sound now.

I am headed back to work in January! :( I dread it because it's been so nice being home with them! But I want to at least try and go back. I think it would be good for me (to get out with other adults) and that way Jack gets bonding time with the girls while I am not here. I will be working 3rd shift. But who knows... we both could decide we hate me being out of the home. So it's all a test....
