911 call

So the other day my mother in law was watching the girls. She let them play with the phone and one of them (I am thinking Gracie) called 9-1-1!

My father in law was down in the barn and heard over the scanner that a crew needed to go to blah, blah, blah address because there had been a hang up call from that phone number. So he went running up to the house thinking something happened to one of the girls. (I am shocked he did not have a heart attack) He got into the house and there sat the girls with the phone and Grandma was in the kitchen making their lunch. (the living room/kitchen is some what the same area) He told her what he had just heard and she said, OH Gosh they called 9-1-1. She went and grabbed the phone to call 9-1-1 back. She explained what happened and of course apologized over and over again. And when she took the phone away both girls went crazy crying because they wanted it back. The dispatcher had called my MIL house back but the girls did something to the phone so it rolls right into voice mail now. (I don't' think she has figured that out yet either) Leave it to the Pleasant Twins to cause drama! :)

I am just glad it didn't' happen at our house... We live 2 blocks from the fire department so they would have been there in a second! I let the girls play with our phones all the time I just always unplug them from the wall. They are going to be like their mommy- love to talk on the phone!
