1st Fair experiance

We took the girls to the local fair last night. They wanted to see the cows, pigs and rabbits. We checked off the cows and seen the pigs from a distance and caught a glimpse of one rabbit. The girls have parents who just DO NOT get into the animal thing! I am guessing we should have let Uncle Tim take them around he would have done much better! (I just can NOT take that nasty smell! My dad would probably be ashamed but I can't take it! Growing up we had a few cows, pigs, goats, rabbits, chickens and I am sure other things but I just don't dig that! And I NEVER did!)

OK back to the girls- They kept pointing to the rides- we went and bought the tickets (3 tickets a piece were needed and tickets were .75 cents each) we picked the cars that go around in a circle because we figured they could ride together. Little Miss Gracie got in just fine was happy steering that car. Hannah however was a little leery of getting in but she did. The carnie worker started the ride and it almost "jerked" and that scared Hannah... she started BAWLING! When they made the full circle Gracie had the look of DEATH on her face but wasn't crying just scared! But when they came full circle again both were a MESS!!!! They went around exactly THREE times and we quit! I said, "Guess they aren't ready for kings island yet."

We ate blooming onions, nachos, cheese fries and milkshakes! Typical fair food! :) YUMMY! So it wasn't a complete wasted trip!

OH yea- they also seen ducks and something else but I am not sure what that something else was- :) Only Uncle Tim does - update- I figured out what that "something else" was- a TURKEY!!!! who would have known LOL
