Terrible Two’s

I am not sure if that is what we are going thru right now or not- but both of the girls are trying my patience BAD right now! They are always picking, scratching, biting, hitting, pushing, punching or pulling each other’s hair out! It gets OLD! Nothing is working right now either- I do time outs and they think it’s a game! It’s making me CRAZY!! And of course during the week I am home at night with them and that is when they are the WORSE because they are starting to get sleepy and just grumpy little kids! My husband gets them when they are first awake and usually are angels!

There is NO way I could add another child to this mix- Hats off to all of you that have twins and then have another one… NO way NO how!

And then you have the caring side of the girls~
The girls Great-Grandma’s house caught on fire Saturday night and when we were telling the girls about it Hannah said, “I will buy Mamaw Hattie a new house.” Made my heart melt that she thought like that- And Gracie is always telling you that she loves you. She told her Uncle Tim the other day that she loved him and he was her best friend… his heart MELTED!

So potty training is “this” close to starting… J Jack FINALLY started working on our upstairs bathroom so we will have a bathroom to use at night – I kept saying it would be a pain to take the girls down in the middle of the night to the bathroom- so after everything is done (should be this weekend) it’s ON! J I still DREAD the thought but I am SICK of diapers! J

Last night we went swim suit shopping- I found the CUTEST 2 piece but the girls wanted Strawberry Shortcake! So we got it… makes me sick the price I paid for the darn things… I guess I will be making sure they get FULL use of them this summer! I will take pictures of them soon in their new suits!

Well I need to wrap up- sorry entries have been so scarce lately… I really need to start writing down the things the girls say/do so I can write more.
