Superman

I have been working on getting the girls to eat better. (their eating habits have NEVER been the best and YES WE ARE TO BLAME)

So we have been talking about "strong" people- and for some reason they know who Superman is - I have NO idea how they know who he is- So I have told them that if they want to be big and strong like Superman they need to get their fruits and veggies... It has been working like a charm... until last night!

I ate first last night because they had a late snack and I was starved...so I am sitting in the living room folding laundry (so you all don't think I was just sitting there slacking while my kids were left in the kitchen eating alone) and Gracie comes in and says "Mom being Superman is NO fun anymore." I knew EXACTLY what she was talking about! I said, "what do you mean?" She proceeds to tell me, "I am done eating and I don't want to be Superman anymore!"

She had ate most of her fruit so I was not to mad but now I am not sure what I am going to use with her anymore since Superman is no longer "cool"

The girls were having a blast trick-or-treating they loved going from house to house seeing what they were going to get next. Well we got to a lady's house that was passing out Tootsie Pops and she gave Hannah a brown one and Gracie a red one. Once we got down the stairs Hannah looked at me and said, "Mom she must have known I can't have the red ones" :) I just smiled and said yea she probably knew... I think Hannah thinks everyone knows she is allergic to red dye :)

* * * * * A New Doctor again * * * * *

My girls are now on doctor number 4! (I am not going into the story here) I wanted to be sure I had kept track of this....

Dr. Rinehold
Dr. Emily

We LOVE Dr. Emily - she is a nurse practitioner and I really like her... (Knock on wood)

Let's hope this is the LAST until they are 18 ;)
