Tinker Bell

The girls are still very much into princess things and they still love Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, Sleeping Bueaty and Jasmine for the most part. (They tend to forget about Pocahontas & Mulan) But some how they have thrown Tinker Bell into the princess mix even though mamaw Kathy tried telling them she was indeed a fairy and NOT a princess. :)

So the other day we were eating lunch or dinner (gosh my mind is horrible these days) and they were talking about princesses and Tinker Bell came up and I listened this conversation take place:

Gracie- Yes Tinker Bell was a real princess in Disney remember sissy she flew above our heads. (she even put her hands above her head to illastrate for us)

Hannah- Well if she was real sissy why didn't she just use her real wings to fly instead of that wire?

Graice had nothing to say...I think she was in shock. I said that is true Hannah I wonder why she used that wire and she pretty much summed it up she was fake mom not the "real" tinker bell!

I am thinking we won't get many more Christmas's with her thinking that Santa is "real" - she is just way to smart!

Mamaw Kathy this is for you- I wanted to list the princesses for this blog so I was doing my princess research and did you know this is the complete list of princesses? I didn't!

So we signed the girls up for indoor soccer and the first pratice was last weekend and they both LOVED it! It's a lot better playing indoors as well for mommy because she gets to sit on the sideline vs. being on the field :) They have their first 2 games this Saturday so I will be sure to take photos and post them.

They will also start playing T-Ball in March...not sure how *I* feel about that since I HATED it as a kid but daddy and my dear friend made me sign them up :)

The girls are enjoying Wednesday and Thursday nights...those are their bonding nights with daddy since mommy goes to school part time now. Most weeks they go out and visit with their Papaw Lonnie and Uncle Bubba which they like to and it's good for them to see the girls as well. I was thinking about taking online classes but I am thinking this set up is better for the whole family :) It gets me out of the house and they spend time with JUST daddy for almost 3 hours!

I have been in a picture FUNK which means I haven't take hardly any photos lately and I still have not had their "five" year photos taken...and it's partly because I want to try and do them myself and the other part is they HATE Sears and keep telling me they do NOT want to go there! So I just need to get on the ball and do them myself but I am struggling with places to go since it's FREEZING here in Ohio and let's face it there are only so many options you can do in your own house!!

Well there is a MUCH NEEDED update on us :) I am still trying to wrap my head around the face that I am going to be doing Kindergarten sign up's really soon for the girls...it just blows my mind that 5 years has gone by so fast. I am VERY thankful that I have been able to stay home with them for the past year and half though :)

Until we post again....
