I have decided I am going to blog about a huge new adventure my wonderful little family is about to take on.

My husband's DREAM house came on the market at a price we could afford.

We put a offer in on January 6, 2011 and the bank accepted the offer on January 7, 2001. Here is a photo of the house-



There is a TON of work that needs to be done on the house but we know it's the perfect fit for us. Here were my "MUST have's" for our next house-

1. Attached Garage - Check
2. Wood Floors- Check
3. Land-Check (almost 7 acres)
4. Still in the city-Check
5. Room for in-ground pool-check
6. Master Suite-Check
7. Updated Kitchen- Check


And I got a few of my wishes like a Jack-n-Jill bathroom for the girls. I am SO excited about this for them! I have ALWAYS wanted one of these and I will get one! :) It has a bedroom with an attached bath for my family when they come and stay. And another sun porch!

We have a huge project ahead of us but I have a wonderful hard working husband who is willing to do anything for his family so I know as a team we will turn this project into a wonderful reality for us!
