Findings...

The bank is still dragging their ASS - and we have no close date at this point . With the weather being nice Jack was able to walk the property Wednesday afternoon and much to his surprise we found a 2 car garage!!! How does this happen!?!??!?! :) It's in a "thicket" of trees that needs cleaned up BAD- but it's in a corner of the property! The roof is damaged probably due to the ice storms we had recently but everything else looks OK Jack said. And it has ELECTRIC!!! He is so happy because we have a 2+ garage now with a full upstairs and it's PACKED so we were thinking we were going to have to build something but not anymore. This will house our lawn-tractor, (that we will have to buy sooner rather than later) his extra tools for our rental homes, and girls bikes, scooters etc. in the winter! So excited!

Our Realtor has sent us two HUGE boxes of moving items... bubble wrap, tape, boxes, peanuts it's crazy! We are all getting excited and just ready to MOVE (well once it's warm lol)
