Strep Throat

Gracie has strep throat... a first for us... :) and if she is anything like her momma she will have A LOT growing up! I think I use to get it at least twice a year!
She was a champ when they did the swab test! I am very proud of her! I was not able to be at the doctors with her since I took yesterday off. But daddy said she did very well! I wonder if he will remember how much she weighed? I forgot to ask him that!

Hannah went and had her blood work done yesterday- and like her sister she was a champ as well! The tech that drew her blood said she was the BEST five year old she had ever seen. She did not even say OUCH!!! Next week we will go for the skin allergy test and hopefully get to the bottom of why she itches so much. (esp. at night)

The girls have wrapped up with t-ball and now are in swim lessons again. (they are Rays @ the YMCA) They have turned into little fish and it just amazes me how well they swim! It probably helps that we have a pool in our back yard though!

Mommy is still working and enjoying the money and adult interaction but misses her girls a lot! They are both getting so tall and smart! OH I have a feeling they may be BORED in kindergarten :) It amazes me all they know- Mamaw and Aunt Bethie think they are way to street smart but I dont't think that is a bad thing :)

She ended up having to go back to a urgent care 9 days after her meds were done because she spiked another fever and kept saying her throat hurt. They did not actually swab her but gave her a stronger antibotic and it seemed to have helped her out! So I think she has 2 rounds of strep throat.
